I was on hold last night for 47 minutes. No answer. Then I went on the website and spoke to Franky.

I was told the problem would be fixed by midnight. Even got a confirmation # 7296-6630. Problem still not solved and no contact from Comcast people. Fed up!

Sorry for the issues you've been having. I can take a deeper look into your service issues. Can you please verify your first and last name, and the phone number or account number associated with your services in a private message?
