Order status?

I ordered internet and tv online and received an email saying "Thanks for your recent order! We're working on your order and will send an email confirming . . ." but there's no way to check my order status. I'm currently signed into a friend's account so I can post here on the forum.

Hello Bradleycoffman8, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive this confirmation then you may need to resubmit your order again, I can also look into this and confirm it for you. Please reach back out to me here if you need any further assistance.
