Online way to discuss account modification?

I have a medical issue which prevents me from using the phone, but whenever I try to modify my services via the xfinity app or website, it says I have to call in to speak to someone. Does anyone know whether Comcast can make accommodations for folks who can’t use a telephone? Thanks.
