Online help

Whenever I Call Comcast I am always told by the recording that I can do so many things online but every time I try to look for new services to upgrade it says that I have to call them why can’t I just look at available deals online it makes no sense it would save your customer service reps time also

Depending on your services you may not be able to manage your account online. An employee here would be happy to help you if you like though. Just tell them what you want and they will send you a message with available options. Would you like me to ask an employee to help you?

My agreement ends next month,was trying to see what’s available internet only and internet & tv.NO  home phone please.thank you

I checked that I would like someone to help me but it’s over a week and no one has been in touch with me just an email asking me to market as an excepted solution
