Ongoing Internet problems, supervisor won't call back

Let's try this again.  New poster...my first post was just removed for some reason....I thought I followed all guidelines. 

 

Ongoing Internet problems since before Thanksgiving.  After several in-house and outside line service calls, problem persists.  Technician gave me his supervisor's name and number, but he won't call me back after several attempts.  I don't know where to turn!
