Hi, shanrdh. I've reversed the movie rental charge. You'll see a $5.99 credit for the charge reflected on your next billing statement. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

In addition to getting the billing corrected, consider setting up a Purchase Pin on each of your cable boxes/DVRs to prevent this from happening in the future.
