I am making this post to ask how to get my previous unbundled services back. Back in June my 2 year came up and my price for sports double play with blast went to $203 ish and change. After 3 months of calls, online chat, and here my options have been give up a chunk of service to save $ 5 per month or pay more. I don't see how this qualifies as the comcast gaurantee to improve service or the customer experience after what 8-9 years of hearing that pitch? I just want my services to go back to what they were before this stressful time consuming nightmare to get no where.
