Offer for existing customer

Hi, I've been a customer for over 5 years and my monthly bill just went up by about $30 and I'm still not getting any decent channels.  I have an internet package with them as well, but I don't get any ESPN channels, TBS, TNT, NatGeo, etc., but for some reason I get a bunch of shopping channels that I'll never watch.  Paying what I do now is way too much for getting mediocre channels.  Is there a way to get a better package of channels that doesn't increase by monthly bill or should I be looking at DirecTV?
