Not serviceable?

We’re looking to buy a new house in Westminster MD. comcast says the address is unservicable. the rest of the street has cable and there is a pedestal directly in front of the house, less than 100’ away. it makes no sense to me and i’m hoping someone can shed some light on it

Re: Not serviceable?

Who stated it wasn't serviceable? A front line agent, or did you have a serviceability request done? Did they not give you a reason? An address could be blocked due to previous tenant, that could make it SEEM non serviceable. Otherwise, I don't know.
