Hi Shaungrove69, are you authorized on your brothers account? If so I would recommend taking the modem back to a local Comcast store making sure to keep the receipt of return for your records, and they will get it removed off of his account.
Shaungrove69 -- We can send you a return kit with prepaid label for the modem. Would that be an option for you?
