Not able to speak with an agent online -



I have been trying to speak with an agent online, but I keep getting an error stating "Enter Valid Phone Number". I would, If I could, but there is no field for me to enter a phone number. This super frustrating. I really dont want to call into the call center. Any suggestions on how to get around this would be helpful.

Hi wattsjmichael. We're sorry you were experiencing trouble with our chat service. Have you tried a different web browser to see if you could get around that error?
