Non-Serviceable Address

I have lived in the same house for twenty years. I have requested cable service several times and each time they deny service due to the service run distance. I am about 500 feet from the road were the main cable runs. They have told me they would have to bore the road and the cost to me would be about $10,000. So I waited for more development, more neighbors getting cable and call again. Only to be denied again.  Now I find out my next door neighbor has service and the pole is only about 200 feet from my house but the surveyors refuse to reference that source. I have two other homes, one in Michigan and one in Florida and both have Comcast. I also have it at our business. I have been patient and loyal, but with all the wireless devices and streaming TV the dsl is just not cutting it any more. Can anyone help me?
