I'm attempting to chat with an agent. It keeps displaying "invalid account #". There is no place to enter the account #. There are only input spaces for first name, last name, email address, zip code, and "Please provide a description of your issue". I am already logged in. How can I chat with an agent to resolve an issue with viewing and paying my bill?
