No one can seem to help :(((

I have 2 boxes, one main and one in a bedroom. I been getting charged for 3 boxes over a year. How do I get that money back? Then I visit a Xfinity store and they told me my first box is free. I have been getting over charged for mos. Xfinity rep at the store said there is no main box listed. But, he couldn’t help me. Now, I’m getting ready cancel the whole thing. I call up and talk to someone in a different country and nothing gets done.

Hi skyjake1. We certainly value your business and don't want to see you go. I can assist with going over your billing rates for the equipment on your account. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
