I've been a customer for a couple years now, with a premium setup and my bill jumped from $120 to $167 after my contract ended. I called to try and get a new customer deal for internet only and since i'm an existing customer, I was asked to pay $10 more a month. The rep tried to pressure me into accepting the 'only 33cents more a day', but I refused. Yes, I'm downgrading my service considerably, but I'm completely confused at why an existing cusomter should have to pay more? I require zero additional setup cost. Why Comcast?
