No discount offered for enrolling in EcoBill and Autopay

I am being charged $29.99 every month for xfinity internet service even though having been enrolled in EcoBill for paperless statement and Autopay for automatic monthly payment. Why is that some xfinity customers are offered $10 discount outright and proactively notified of this benefit and some are not notified nor given to option to participate? This seems like a deceitful tactic to discriminate certain customers from ever seeing the benefit of the discount. Please assist.

Hello ctcrttr, not every promotion or package will have this discount. This discount is built into certain promotions and packages.
