No, deals for existing customers?

I have been a Comcast customer for the last 15 years. In all that time I have had no issues.

I contacted customer service to see about lowering my bill, but apparently there weren’t any good deals available for me. 

Seems customer loyalty doesn’t mean what it once did...


So after 15 years I will have to look to FIOS or direct TV.

I would try again, perhaps with a different demeanor and different Comcast dept. It has worked for me.

Well, I "tried" to call again. Was on hold for my entire lunch time...
