No Rewards Card

I signed up for Triple Play in November. I was told by an agent that I was eligible for a $500 reward card for signing up. I have not received this card, and it is not listed on the Xfinity rewards site. I cannot get an answer regarding this question when speaking to customer service, and can not reach anyone in the rewards department. When will I receive my $500 gift card?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi DrumminD21311, I can assist you with locating your gift card. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
