My bill recently went up over $30 a month, so I went in to manage my plan, but couldn't downgrade service. The only offer that showed up would be an increase of over $50 a month keeping my TV and internet. Also, when I clicked on customer service or support from my login, it just took me to an error screen. I'm thinking I might have to cancel service.
Comcast doesn't allow on-line downgrades. You'll have to call or visit a local office to do that. Alternatively, one of the Comcast employees here may be able to help.
