New Installation Interior coaxial cable splitter

I am having my initial internet installation in a couple of days. I ran all the wires inside my house, and have a 4-way coaxial cable splitter inside my basement that my coax cables come back to. Do I need to drill a hole for the technicians, or will they do that themselves? Or do I need to bring a cable outside for them to connect to?

The technicians will do all that.
