New Home Construction - 10 homes - 10 servicability tickets - no response

I called Xfinity last week to inquire about hooking up 10 newly built homes. The previous service address had Xfinity, but after acquiring the home, it was torn down, and the land was replatted for 10 additional homes. I have 10 servicability tickets in to the construction department, and a 1-866 phone number that was given to me by the Xfinity customer service rep. I have tried to call the number today to inquire about the status, but it leads me to an automated attendant, and any option that I push, sends me to a general mailbox that is full. It also seems that the costruction department that I am calling is located in the state of Washington. Is there a Houston construction department who I can talk to to inquire about the servicability of these 10 homes?
