New Construction

I am building a new home in Bonney Lake, WA. Comcast service is definitely there. I have been trying for months to get scheduled for Comcast to install the cable in the underground conduit installed to the house. They keep saying I need to sign up for a new account? I have an account where I live but will not be moving into this house for six months.I need to close up the trench and do not want to dig it back up later. If I was building the house to sell I would not want to set up a new account in my name.

It is simple, the conduit is in so now run the cable in the conduit so the trench can be closed in and no one has to dig it up later. Why is it so hard to get it done? New homes are built all of the time by builders and the cable is run without the future owner.

Please advise!

Thanks!

Re: New Construction

Hello n2wata, I can assist you with getting a cable run and a tap installed. First we need to make sure your home is serviceable, can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?

I am an Official Comcast Employee.
