New Construction Unservicable

I am a current Comcast customer and I called Comcast to service my new construction build that I will be moving into in the next few months and was told my address is not serviceable as I was to far away from the nearest plant (not sure what that means). Comcast is everywhere in my town and there are four houses in my street along with six others going in up front. What are my options? Do I have any options? Please let me know.

Re: New Construction Unservicable

Hi Dbovill1. Depending upon how recently we conducted the serviceability survey, we may be able to submit another one to determine if there have been any plans changed to service your new home. We usually can obtain a customer estimate if you were interested in paying for the infrastructure build out to your residence. Be warned, this can get very pricey.

I am an Official Comcast Employee.
