This is a in a single family neighborhood, every 2 homes share a comcast green box feeder with two connections cabled into each home. My Neighbor whom is not a comcast customer parks his truck inches away from the green box daily and to my discovery this morning after having no internet for 24hrs the box was all damaged with tire marks all over it and the main feeders both were broken at the aluminum assembly. No Internet, Damagaed outsider main connectors and Neighbor is wreckless and should be held liable. I need urgent support on getting my service restored as I am a paying customer...

Any of your neighbors that have Comcast are also going to be out since that's feeder cable that's knocked out.
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
The forums aren't real-time support though. You might want to call to get the quickest response time.
