Need to drop TV, subscribe to slower Internet connection. Income just dropped.

I just took a big decrease in income.  I need to drop all TV subscription and find a lower Internet data plan.  I also want to purchase a modem instead of renting one from Comcast.  I'd like to stay with Comcast if possible.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread. 

 

Go to http://mydeviceinfo.xfinity.com and log in. You'll find a list of approved devices for your speed tier. If you have more questions, please feel free to ask.
