I can't access the Shop/Upgrade section of Comcast's website. When I try, it says "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order."
My promo rate recently expired and I want to look into internet-only plans to maintain service. I spoke with someone on the phone who was unable to help me. I'd like to know what the current promotions available to me are (internet only, and tv/internet Double Play), or I'm going to have no choice but to go to Fios instead.
