Need to cancel appointment

I have had 2 technician visits this month... on the 14th a technician scheduled an additional appointment for 11/22 from 8-10am.  I cannot find this appoinment online nor on my account app to cancel it, but all of our TVs are now working...  so, can you please cancel the appointment for 11/22 8-10am window?  Thank you!
