I have tried for months and months.....close to a year to get my TV service fully removed and only keep the Blast Internet service.
I have called multiple times and have been told every single time that the TV service will be removed and when the next bill comes, it's still there.
I haven gotten so unbelieveably frustrated that I have stopped calling Comcast and have just told myself that my Internet bill is now $119 +taxes/fees......but it's got to stop.
I've overpaid Comcast for months for services that I absolutely DO NOT use in any way.
I DO NOT use the TV service at all. I only stream content that I want to watch via a Roku device and simply never ever use the cable box nor DVR or HD service which I am constantly being billed for.
I am at my witzend with this and need Comcast to make something to happen ASAP concerning this and my constant past and current charges for these services that I have told them multiple times that I do not want. I am being overcharged for services not needed.
I'm rather surprised that there's no Comcast Rep here in these forums that are interested in helping a customer after seeinf SO MANY replies in other threads with Reps offering help.
I'm getting angrier and angrier as the days go on and no one seems interested in retaining me as a customer.
Still no response.
Comcast sure doesn't care one single bit about their customers. ZERO concern for my situation on the phone and on these messageboards.
