Need help with upgrading a BULK TV account

We have a bulk TV account at one of our locations.  The cable boxes are old and no longer supported.  We need to speak to a representative about upgrading but can't find a phone number for that ANYWHERE.  When we call the usual business customer support, they don't seem to know what we are talking about and end up getting transfered around and around.

I would like a bulk TV representative to contact me please.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am a Customer Expert volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

Re: Need help with upgrading a BULK TV account

Thank you.  I kept trying, calling various numbers and was finally able to get a tech that knew something about bulk tv.  He started a ticket for that department to call me.  I haven't heard from them yet, but maybe soon.  For others interested, I had started with the Comcast Business support number that I use for all our other accounts as well as the other numbers the various techs had given me, but didn't find what I needed there.  The initial number  that worked for me was the 1-800-Xfinity, and like I said, they are supposedly passing off to the proper department for me to receive a call from.  Still not sure why they don't just post that number somewhere.  Don't call us, we'll call you, lol.  Thanks again.
