I have had the triple play for the last two years. My promotional plan is expired and because we no longer use the home phone I ported my number out to retain it. I am looking to remain a Xfinity customer but I need help getting into a double play package. My first bill after my promotion ended is 30% higher and phone service has been removed.
After waiting over a week no one can point me in the right direction to make a change to my plan? I see why it is easier to change providers than try and remain a loyal customer.
