*Need assistance with downgrading*

My bill is increasingly becoming difficult to pay. I'm a 10 year loyal Xfinity/Comcast customer and if i can't get a more affordable deal i am sadly going to have to cancel all services. I'm hoping a Comcast Rep can reach out, as I've grown tired of dealing with customer service over the phone. Thanks.
