Need assistance on a refund/reference #

I was told over a week ago on a Saturday that I would get a refund/payback for a double payment. Refund of 145.00 then on Monday I called to check and was told I needed to provide proof of the payment gone through .. provided and waited 48 hours as told to. I called again was told it would be refunded still nothing. Now 7 days later still no refund. And keep getting told I would be refunded. I want to know what's going on. Reference #045386896
