This is getting ridious. I made a payment almost a week or so ago for roughly around 226 so my service would not be turned off as my total balance was like 400 dollars. The payment went through and I was charged for the process on my Bank of America account, even called them to verifiy. For some unknown reason now my services have been shut off and now i need to pay 458 dollars for my services not to be turned back on with a grand total of a 684 doallr balance. I want my service turned back on. I had enough funds on my account to pay the bill and even on your billing page it showed my due balance went from the 400 dollars I mentioned eariler to 200 or something as my payment went through. Now almost a week later the bill isnt paid
