Need Some Help with Service Plans

Hello,

 

I've seen some new service plans in my area pop up and there's 2 in particular I'm interested in.  The problem is when I go into my account to see what the prices of these plans would be for a current customer I am told I need to call.  The plans I am interested are the gigabit internet plan by itself or the Super Triple Play package.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I guess this post can be deleted. I got tired of waiting for a response, despite seeing people ask similar questions to mine after i had asked and get a reply from a service rep, i have verizon coming out wednesday. It's a shame really cause i've been with comcast 6 years now but, it is what it is, i suppose.
