Just looked at my bill and it went up $40 this month. I hit up a xifinty store and they couldn't lower my bill, can you? Or do I need to contact customer retention....
dont hit up an Xfinity store if you want to lower bill,their job is to upsell you,not lower your bill.My Mother in law works there and says they have to upsell you to make a sales quota..Go thru Tom K on Comcasts support page a write a email to his office.They have the ability to help you lower bill without the hassle of going to a Xfinity store.
Ive done it and have gotten some fairly good deals,just be nice..
