NO SERVICE

I have had no internet and no phone since last Wednesday.

Customer service continues to send out techs that have not made any effort to get this fixed

I've had 3 service calls and finally the last one put in a work order

It's your lines and you have known of this problem and HAVEN'T FIXED IT

THE WORK ORDER IS JB20292257 and NOBODY is assigned to work on this.

WHEN DO YOU THINK I WILL HAVE SERVICE.

WHO DO YOU SUGGEST I CALL TO GET THIS MOVING?

internet and phone outage

what does it take to get someone to fix lines that are not sending a signal?  6 days and numerous phone calls, online chats, etc.

and nobody seems to know what end is up.  Anyone have a contact for corporate servcie?

Hi Lynn1215, I did some digging into your account and I show that we have addressed this issue already and a tech will be arriving at your home tomorrow to get you connected to your services. I will reach back out to you once the work order is completed to ensure this gets taken care of.
