Mysterious charges on recent bill

I have received a bill in which I am charged for partial service to an additional TV. However, I have not added a TV to my account. I did order and receive a new box to replace one which wasn't working.

 

How can I get this straightened out?

 

From my bill:

 

Partial Charges & Credits
JAN 24, 2018 - FEB 24, 2018
$10.97
On your last bill you were billed in advance for services between January 25 to February 24.
We've applied a charge of $10.97 as a result of your changes on January 24 & January 25.
