My internet

I was supposeed to have my internet installed on Sept 6.  The installer could not do it because I never had any comcast service in my house.  He was going to have a work order issued to have the power installed at the street.  I have not heard back about the status.  Can you please let me know when I can get my internet service.

 

I am curerntly withougt any service as I cancelled my ATT internet on Sept 2 effective Sept 15.  When the installation did not take place on Sept 6 I had the account reinstated.  Unfortunately that inept company did not process the order and as a result today I am without internet service.

 

I would appreciate any help you could provide so I can get internet.
