My cable was disconnected

I was in a bad accident .so I was bed renting for about 3, months in future care nursing I was no released about 4 days I came home to no lights and cable and I had an eviction notice.my mom was taking all my disability checks .and wasn't paying my bills so is there anyway that I can get some help with my cable bill I really need my wifi the machine that I'm on need wifi so is there anyway that I can get some help please.thank you
