Hi, my bill is due today. I have never went passed the due day. How does it work. How long do I have before they turn it off for non payment? Thank you.
You will get hit with a late fee about the same time your next statement shows. I can't quote the exact time frame of disconnect but contact support and ask for an extension. Since you have not had a late payment it won't be an issue but you may still see the late fee. Typically disconnects are after 30 days overdue or longer in general but an exact answer would have to come from support.
