My Gateway service

I would like to know why I have 5 devices on my gateway account and none of them are mine I don't think-please help me with this-thanks.

Hello Jm571. I can assist in verifying the connected devices. I just need a bit more information. Can you please tell us where you are seeing these devices? Are you looking at our website where you modem is shown under My Account, or are you looking at the connected devices using xFi?
