My Bill doubled! Help

I was checking the bank and saw double the amount I normally pay for Internet. No warning, no asking. When I call the xfinity customer service to say I couldn't now afford that bill and told the promotion I recently saw in tv for $19.99 she said it is not available and that I would have to wait for it to because available again. I asked if they could find me a smaller plan i could afford in the meantime she said no, and apparently cancelled my service. She did not even said anything regarding a reimbursement for the big bill (That they send you in advance)
