My Bill Spiked to Nearly $300 Per Month!

I'm a long-time customer who has only ever wanted good cable and internet.  I was roped into a Triple Play package years ago, even though I've never once used the phone service and have no desire for it, and now am receiving bills of $272 per month!  It's absolutely insane.  


I've tried to manage my plan to find something cheaper and every offer is for "New Residential Customers Only".  Where's the love for LONG TIME COMMITTED CUSTOMERS? I'm so frustrated that I'm ready to cancel all my services and move to a substandard competitor.
