My Bill Just Doubled?

My bill just went from $54 a month to $100 

I tried contacting an agent, but they were absolutely no help.  

I want the same plan and rate or I'm leaving.

Also, my package increased to $89.99 per month when I was specifically told that once my promotion ended, I would be charged $74.99 for the second year. I have an email stating this.

Either way, I can not afford this amount so I need another promotion or I'm going to have to cancel my service.
