Multiple accounts

For some reason my email and contact information is still linked to an old address at an old account that no longer has service.

  I have a new account number at a new address but I can't log into it since it asks to verify a phone number and email that are still linked to the old address.

I tried to change this over the phone and they said I had to go into the office and when I went into the office they said I had to call in.

Hi cyurkoski -- I can get that email moved over to your new account. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need to know your old account information.
