Multiple Verification Codes

Over the span of four minutes this morning, I got texted five different verification codes from Xfinity. I was not the one trying to log in or change anything, nor was my husband (who is the only other person on the account). Is someone trying to access my account without consent?

It sounds like someone else's order verification was just sent to the wrong number, and the rep kept trying. You could wait for someone to verify this, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Hi Nicolevaladao1 -- I reviewed the picture you've sent and I would agree with JLDOOBLY. This appears to be notifications sent to the wrong number. If you are concerned about a possible hack then we would recommend changing your account passwords. You can also contact our Security Assurance team at 1-888-565-4329 if you feel your account is at risk.
