Moving to a newly constructed home - transfer of service - unable to locate address in system

Hello:

 

I am moving to a new home that is not in your system.  I called last week and an ER ticket was put in and I have called and spoken to several customer service people to no avail.  I am moving on Friday Feb 9th and need a resolution NOW!!!!!  Apparently a servicability ticket needs to be done??

 

Please advise

Hi Nenninger15 -- I can help with your serviceability request. I received your PM with this request and your previously provided ER ticket. I reviewed this ticket and it was the wrong ticket type. I have created a new request for this. I will contact local construction to see if they can expedite this request.
