I am trying to move my service to a new home that was just completed. My next door neighbor that is 114' has xfinity but my address does not show up in the system.
How can I get my address added so I can move my service?
Hi jdafonte, I can check and see if we can service your new home. We will have to first check the system and see if the address is within out footprint and if so I can schedule a tech to come out and survey the area to see what needs to be done to bring services. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
I sent you a message as requested. When I previous pu tin a request they mention they would send someone out, which they did, however it was to my old place.
They(Support) supplosely open another ticket and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. Hopefully the information I provide you can get this moving forward.
