Moving, HOA pays for Basic Service

I live in Minnesota and plan to move to Florida in a month. My Condo HOA pays for basic service (140 channels).  I only need to add internet to my Florida residence while removing service from my Minnesota home. First, what is the best way to handle this so I don’t lose my present email address?  Second, is there a way to keep internet and phone service active while I travel to Florida so I don’t lose any important email and phone messages?
