tired to order service and was told their is a block on my current address?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It means the previous tenant owes Comcast money. To get service, take a copy of your lease or purchase agreement to your local service center. You'll also need picture ID. https://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/ They will lift the block for you and you can order service at that time.
